Last Thursday, Mom and I drove to Tufts for the New Music Ensemble's "Third Annual Physical, a Tribute to Johnny Physical." Many of the people who were in NME with you were playing that evening. Lee Todd even took the bus from Maine to participate. Marisa met us there. And cousin Rhoda and Betsy came. Everyone talked about the appropriateness of the date, the 25th anniversary of John Lennon's death.
You would have approved of the photo of you that was used for the publicity flyer. You look great. I guess that the fun part of the concert for you would have been watching many of the musicians playing on a toy piano, which I guess was a tribute, based on their memory of you introducing a toy piano to NME. John McDonald told us that your annual concert is now a permanent part of the music curriculum. You were with us for the concert as always.
